UHY Cosec is led by director, Richard Windrum, a Chartered Company Secretary and a Director of UHY FDW Corporate Compliance Limited, responsible for the provision of compliance and secretariat services for UHY Ireland. He has over 20 years’ experience providing advice and assistance in relation to Company Law obligations, imposed on both companies and their officers, Corporate Practice & Support Services and Corporate Governance advice to business owners across a wide range of clients and business and industry sectors.

Richard deals with clients across a range of domestic and international jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with the relevant Company legislation of that jurisdiction.
